Business Analyst - Tax processes

With a team of around 45 employees, our Service Center based in Porto is developing a dynamic nearshore business, offering the French and European markets an environment of excellence and high potential. Business Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about Tax processes and financial systems ? Then this position is for you. As Business Analyst , you will be responsible for translating Tax business needs into functional requirements and supporting their implementation within the IT ecosystem while ensuring effective collaboration between Business and IT teams. Build side: • Contribute to pre-analysis activities with Business stakeholders to understand and frame new needs • Clarify, analyze, and challenge business requests from a critical and constructive perspective • Formalize functional requirements and ensure validation by Business stakeholders • Apply Business Analysis best practices throughout the requirement lifecycle • Provide functional expertise and guidance to IT developers during implementation Run side: • Contribute to functional testing activities and support Business during user testing phases • Follow the different phases of projects and releases to ensure proper delivery • Manage the Change Request cycle and maintain clear documentation of requirements • Ensure compliance with workflows, planning, and project deadlines • Provide clear reporting and maintain alignment between Business and IT teams This is your background You have at least 4 years of experience in the financial industry , with a strong focus on Tax activities . You enjoy working at the intersection of Business and IT, structuring complex requirements, and ensuring solutions meet business needs. This is your career path. You have developed solid experience in Business Analysis within financial environments , especially related to Tax processes. You are comfortable collaborating with Business stakeholders and technical teams in Agile environments.
