We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer to join a manufacturing plant specialized in high-precision metal components in the United States . This position is aimed at engineers with 1 to 5 years of experience who want to develop their careers in industrial quality and manufacturing processes within an international environment. The selected candidate will actively participate in quality system management, production process control, and continuous improvement , following a structured development plan with the objective of progressing to autonomous Quality Manager responsibilities within approximately 2–3 years , based on performance and business needs. Location: 📍Thomasville, Georgia, United States 🌍 Availability to complete initial technical training in Spain. Work Modality: 🏭 On-site model Responsibilities: 🔸 Support production process control to ensure product conformity. 🔸 Implement and maintain quality system procedures and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001. 🔸 Participate in problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and definition of corrective actions. 🔸 Collaborate in defining processes, process controls, and work instructions. 🔸 Perform dimensional inspections and metrology control of parts, including measurement reports. 🔸 Participate in internal system, process, and supplier audits. 🔸 Support the management of customer complaints using structured methodologies such as 8D. 🔸 Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams in continuous improvement initiatives. 🔸 Participate in industrialization activities and the launch of new projects. Requirements: 🔺Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or similar. 🔺 1 to 5 years of professional experience in industrial quality or manufacturing environments. 🔺Knowledge of quality tools: PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, and FMEA. 🔺Knowledge of industrial metrology and geometric tolerances (GD&T). 🔺Experience working with quality system documentation. 🔺Professional level of English. Nice to have: 🔹 Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems. 🔹 Experience in manufacturing environments such as machining, foundry, or serial production . 🔹 Knowledge of continuous improvement and problem-solving methodologies .
