GTM Support Analyst

We are looking for a GTM Support Analyst for an important software company located in Barcelona. Responsabilities: Maintain and monitor GTM reporting systems and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Build, update, and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports. Perform data validation and quality checks across reporting tools. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards with basic data modeling and DAX. Support Power BI publishing, refresh scheduling, and workspace management. Use SQL to query Snowflake data sources for analysis and validation. Partner with GTM Operations, Sales Operations, and Analytics teams on reporting needs. Translate business requirements into dashboards, reports, or data extracts. Create and maintain clear documentation for reports and GTM metrics. Support recurring reporting cycles and executive GTM reviews. Requirements: Excellent written and spoken English. 5–7 years of total professional experience, including at least 3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics or business intelligence roles. Strong experience with Power BI for dashboard development and reporting. Proficiency in SQL for querying, data transformation, and data analysis. Experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) for data extraction and reporting. Good documentation skills for technical and process documentation. Experience providing operational support, including monitoring, incident analysis, and issue resolution.
