Excel in meeting deadlines and delivering reliable results with minimal supervision Key responsibilities: Building and retaining customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service. Creating strong relationships with various teams and departments. Displaying a polite and professional manner at all times. Responding promptly to customer queries, working to a ‘first resolution' target and ensuring the customer’s expectations are always met.
