Content Campaign Project Manager
- business Talent Job Seeker
- workFull-time
About the role This is an individual-contributor project management role with a leadership-level approach: you set the tempo, create clarity, and keep senior stakeholders unblocked. You’ll own end-to-end execution for fast-moving content campaigns across Content, Creative, Organic/Web/Social, Marketing Ops, and Demand Gen. This role is primarily responsible for campaign execution ownership in Asana (scope → plan → board → launch). Content ops responsibilities support launch readiness and repeatability, and they are not standalone web producer or ops lead roles. What success looks like You can translate a go-live date and scope into a first-pass-accurate execution plan and Asana campaign board: realistic timelines, correct asset-type workflows, clear owners, dependencies, due dates, and automations the team can run. Stakeholders trust your updates because they’re current, specific, and action-oriented (what changed, what’s at risk, what you need). Processes agreed in meetings show up correctly in Asana within 24 – 48 hours, and stay correct over time. Campaign assets move cleanly through a documented workflow, with complete and timely cross-functional handoffs (Content → Creative → MOPS/Web → Distribution) that require minimal rework and minimal stakeholder chasing. You actively manage the board as reality changes – updating owners, dependencies, and timelines, driving cross-functional follow-through, and keeping stakeholders aligned through launch. You flag risks early with a recommended option (tradeoffs, sequencing, phased delivery), and escalate only when a scope change impacts campaign goals/expectations, a deadline move affects leadership/external commitments, or tradeoffs require cross-program prioritization decisions. Core responsibilities Own campaign execution from kickoff through launch: build the plan and drive delivery across multiple concurrent assets and deadlines. Lead campaign planning syncs: confirm dependencies, validate timing, and pressure-test feasibility before timelines are finalized. Build and maintain Asana campaign boards and templates: tasks, owners, dependencies, milestones, automations, and QA (no past-dated tasks, no missing owners, no broken dependencies). Run the day-to-day operating rhythm: status checks, follow-ups, risk tracking, and decision capture, keeping momentum without micromanaging. Coordinate reviews and revisions (expert review, copy edit, approvals), ensuring feedback is captured, implemented, and tracked through final sign-off. Partner tightly with Creative: ensure design handoffs are complete (inputs, copy, promo concepts), track design delivery, and confirm assets meet brand and web requirements. Coordinate handoffs to Marketing Ops/Web (MOPS): ensure they receive what they need when they need it, and track the work through publish readiness. Maintain stakeholder visibility: provide a simplified campaign status view (e.g., spreadsheet or dashboard) that translates Asana complexity into clear, plain-language status. Continuously improve processes: identify friction points (permissions, storage, reporting, templates), propose fixes, and implement agreed changes. Apply documented workflows across asset types (anchor, supporting, video, interactive) without reminders. Must-have qualifications (hard requirements) Extensive Asana experience (4+ years of daily use) managing complex, cross-functional programs: dependencies, templates, automations/rules, reporting, and board QA. (Not just task updates – system ownership and board hygiene.) Experience running fast-moving, tight-deadline content campaign programs (multiple asset types in parallel; high stakeholder visibility). Demonstrated proactive risk management: you flag issues early, propose options, and drive to resolution without needing repeated prompts. Strong stakeholder management: can work directly with directors/VPs and creative leads; communicates with clarity, calm, and follow-through. Proven success operating across time zones and distributed teams. Ability to maintain regular overlap with US-based stakeholders, including availability until 9PM Central European Time How we work (fit matters) You take feedback professionally and translate it into action. You can disagree, but you come with a solution and move the work forward. You call out constraints, and you solve for them. If a timeline doesn’t work, you say so early, and bring options. This role is not a fit if… You need close oversight to manage priorities, follow-ups, or next steps. You tend to wait until deadlines slip before flagging risk, or you escalate problems without proposing solutions. You’re not comfortable owning Asana as a system (not just updating tasks). You prefer minimal stakeholder interaction or struggle to manage competing inputs with clear recommendations. About Mozaiq Mozaiq is a fully remote team with roots in the US and Eastern Europe.
