Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Follow internal procedures and quality standards Requirements High level of Slovenian (C2) English B2 level Strong communication skills Customer-oriented mindset Working Hours Monday – Saturday: 09:00 – 23:00 Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00 (Shift-based schedule) Salary 3700 BGN gross Additional Information Permanent contract Relocation candidates will also be considered
