Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience managing a team in CRM operations, IT support, or a service-based environment. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, shift planning, and operational management. Hands-on experience in IT support and technical problem-solving. Fluency in English (both written and spoken). Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities. Should be comfortable managing shifts and schedules of the CRM & IT team, ensuring operational coverage while supporting team wellbeing. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented company and manage multiple priorities effectively. Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM & IT Specialist team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Oversee CRM rostering, staff schedules, and shift management for the CRM & IT team. Monitor and optimize daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and system reliability. Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational needs are met efficiently. Ensure accurate data management and reporting within CRM systems. Support and guide the team in troubleshooting IT and system-related issues. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, service quality, and team productivity. Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Maintain clear and effective communication with management regarding operational updates, challenges, and solutions.
