Behavioral Health Recruiting Coordinator Full-time, Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm EST Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application About the Role We are looking for a highly organized Behavioral Health Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring team focused on behavioral therapist recruitment . In this role, you will manage interview scheduling and candidate coordination to ensure qualified candidates move efficiently through the hiring process. You will communicate directly with candidates and interviewers, coordinate availability, and help maintain a smooth interview experience from screening through offer stage. This role requires exceptional English communication skills , strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling (30–40 interviews per week). Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers Collect and confirm candidate availability after the initial screening stage Communicate scheduling options with interviewers and hiring team members Send calendar invites and meeting links for interviews Send reminders to candidates and interviewers before scheduled interviews Follow up with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process Track interview progress and scheduling updates in the system Manage candidate outreach and follow-ups using communication tools Help reduce candidate withdrawal by maintaining timely and consistent communication Support post-interview coordination and offer stage logistics Required Qualifications Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage high-volume scheduling (30–40 interviews per week) Experience coordinating interviews, scheduling, or recruiting operations Comfortable communicating with candidates and multiple stakeholders Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Preferred Experience Experience in healthcare recruiting or coordination Experience supporting behavioral therapists, ABA, autism care, or similar care-related roles Background in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or interview scheduling Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments Tools Google Calendar / Google Meet Salesforce Aircall Apply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
