Wine Operations Coordinator - Product Portfolio, Warehouse Operations, & Development | Johor Bahru, Malaysia | On-site | ADORE GLOBAL OPS | Wine Adore is looking for a Wine Operations Coordinator based in Johor Bahru to support our main operations while learning the fundamentals of wine, product portfolio management, and internal training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, product knowledge, and coordination, and wants to grow into the wine industry while working with teams across Singapore and Indonesia Key Responsibilities Coordinate wine-related operations and internal processes with our teams in Singapore and Bali Support internal wine training sessions and product demonstrations Assist with wine tasting events, warehous staff scheduling, and operational preparation Help curate and maintain wine portfolio materials, including tasting notes and food pairing guidance Contribute to wine education content and team learning initiatives Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to wine operations Requirements Based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia (Malaysian citizen or local resident) 1-3 years of experience in the in F&B or hospitality , such as restaurant, bar, hotel, or cruise industry ( Experience in the wine industry is an advantage ). Fluent in English (spoken and written) Strong interest in wine and willingness to continuously learn Confident in presentation and comfortable speaking in front of teams Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working with top management Bonus Points Experience with wine service or beverage programs WSET or other wine certifications (not required)
