Key Responsibilities: - Accurately enter and maintain student and staff data in our school database - Update and verify student records, including contact information, grades, and attendance - Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely data entry - Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed - Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors - Stay up-to-date with school policies and procedures related to data entry and management - Provide support to other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Previous experience in data entry or a similar role preferred - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment - Familiarity with school databases and student information systems is a plus Why Work for Us?
