Legal Administrative Assistant

Note: We require either a college degree or 3+ years of relevant experience. Litigation experience is preferred. Job Description Provide day-to-day administrative support to attorneys and legal staff Prepare, format, revise, and manage legal documents and correspondence Maintain organized physical and electronic files Coordinate calendars, scheduling, and deadlines Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside contacts Assist with litigation-related administrative tasks and document handling Support the smooth daily flow of legal and administrative operations Help ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and strong internal coordination across the team Qualifications College degree or 3+ years of relevant professional experience Prior experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus Litigation experience preferred Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office software Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office JPC-760 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
