We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Athens, Greece . Responsibilities Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and service inquiries Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems Follow company procedures and quality standards Requirements Fluent German (C1/C2 level) Good English level (B2 or higher) Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or contact center roles is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Willingness to relocate to Athens if currently living abroad
