Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Work Model: On-Site Language Required: Slovenian + English B2 Schedule: Monday to Saturday 09:00–23:00 | Sunday 10:00–19:00 | Rotative shifts Start Date: 16 March 2026 (first batch) | 6 April 2026 (second batch) Contract: Permanent from the start Salary: 3,700 BGN gross/month (~1,890€ at current rate) | Monthly transport/internet allowance 50 BGN net Bonus / Extra: Bonus for major life events (marriage, new child, graduation): 500 BGN | Night hours premium (where applicable) Relocation: Travel expense reimbursement up to 490 BGN after 6 months | Salary advance of 1,056 BGN net on request | Hotel accommodation arranged for arrival date About the Role Join the Slovenian-speaking customer support team for a major international consumer goods company, based in Sofia, Bulgaria. This is one of the few roles currently available with a permanent contract from day one, a competitive salary for the region, and a full benefits package including health insurance, dental care, life insurance, and a Multisport Card.
