Business Intelligence Manager (Hybrid) | Makati

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x / week onsite) | Makati Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am-5pm) Qualifications & Experience Required: Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data engineering, or analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in: Managing a modern data stack (e.g., ETL tools, cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery, BI visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau). Data modeling (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas) and SQL. Leading end-to-end BI project delivery. Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles. Preferred: Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Certified Associate, cloud data engineering certs). Experience with advanced analytics, data science concepts, or machine learning. Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or R for data manipulation. Responsibilities: 1. BI Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI developers, data analysts, and data engineers. 2. Data Architecture & Engineering: Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the enterprise data warehouse and data marts. Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of the BI infrastructure (ETL/ELT processes, data models). 3. Analytics & Development: Lead the development of enterprise-level reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools. Partner with business leaders (e.g., in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to identify KPIs and analytical needs. 4. Operations & Project Management: Manage the BI project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Ensure the BI environment meets SLAs for data refresh, availability, and performance.
