Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary development, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized records. You will also support clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality customer service while assisting travelers throughout the planning process.
