Bartender (limited experience ok | up to $2,800 + PB)

Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, and beverages to high quality and consistency standards. Deliver attentive and engaging service, creating a memorable guest experience. Operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels throughout service. Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth coordination during peak periods. Contribute to the development of new cocktails and beverage offerings where appropriate. Requirements Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale casual or high-volume environment. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits. Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication skills. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.
