Contract type: B2B (PFA / SRL) Location: Remote – Romania Contracting period: 6 months Experience level: Mid-level / Senior Language: English – professional level required Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Salesforce Core development to join an international project team. In this role, you will design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, implement integrations, and translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver robust and high-quality Salesforce applications. Key Responsibilities Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Visualforce Build integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs Implement and maintain custom functionalities within the Salesforce Core platform Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineering teams Ensure clean code, maintainability, and high performance of Salesforce implementations Contribute to improving development standards and best practices Required Skills & Experience 3–5+ years experience with Salesforce Core development Strong knowledge of: Apex Visualforce Salesforce APIs Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience building custom Salesforce functionalities and integrations Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Salesforce certifications are a strong plus Excellent English communication skills Nice to Have Experience with complex Salesforce integrations Experience working in international teams Knowledge of modern development practices
