German-Speaking Customer Support Agent

Job Overview We are looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international customer service team. In this role, you will provide professional assistance to customers by handling inquiries related to reservations, payments, and general service questions. You will communicate with customers through phone, email, and messaging platforms while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Location: Thessaloniki, Greece (Remote Work Model) Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and messaging channels. Assist customers with reservation-related requests including cancellations, modifications, and new bookings. Handle payment inquiries, process refunds, and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Provide support related to account access and platform usage. Deliver clear information about services and available properties to help customers make informed decisions. Maintain high customer satisfaction by offering empathetic, solution-oriented support in both German and English. Manage multiple systems and customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Requirements Native or C1 level proficiency in German. B2+ level proficiency in English for training, communication, and internal collaboration. Strong written communication skills for handling email and message-based customer interactions. Good PC knowledge, including Windows basics, troubleshooting, and keyboard shortcuts. Ability to multitask and manage several tasks or systems at the same time. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or contact centers is an advantage but not required.
