Quality assurance plays a central role in safeguarding customer satisfaction and production consistency across large-scale operations. Role Purpose & Success Outcomes Purpose: Own factory-level quality systems to ensure production meets customer, regulatory, and internal standards. Defect rates remain within agreed thresholds Quality data is accurately captured and acted upon Inspection teams operate consistently and effectively Customer and external audit requirements are met Key Responsibilities Design and maintain inspection and reporting procedures Supervise inspectors and technicians across workshops Monitor production processes and final outputs for compliance Analyze quality data to identify trends and preventive actions Liaise with production teams to resolve quality issues quickly Maintain quality records, reports, and audit documentation Coordinate with external QA auditors during inspections Candidate Profile Education & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field Six Sigma certification (Black Belt preferred) is a strong advantage Professional Experience Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager or Supervisor in garment manufacturing Outerwear or activewear experience is a nice-to-have Technical Skills Quality assurance methodologies and standards Data analysis and statistical review MS Office and database tools Knowledge Domain Garment quality systems Inspection frameworks and compliance standards Customer audit and corrective-action processes Working Style & Culture Detail-driven and data-oriented Assertive but collaborative with production teams Structured and process-focused Application Process — Powered by Cotalent Within 30 minutes of applying, youll receive a tailored questionnaire from Cotalent.
