Quality Management (Vung Tau)

Quality Management Location: KCN Đất Đỏ, TP. Hồ Chí Minh Salary: 30 – 40 million VND/month (Gross) Job Description Develop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards. Monitor and ensure the effective implementation of the quality management system across the company. Plan, supervise, and report on product quality inspection activities . Establish and manage department KPIs to improve quality performance. Prepare and maintain documentation for internal and external client audits . Coordinate with related departments to resolve quality issues and continuous improvement activities . Perform other tasks assigned by management . Job Requirements Age: 35 – 45 years old . Bachelors degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position . Strong Excel and statistical analysis/reporting skills . Good understanding of technical/quality-related English terminology . Knowledge of specialized English terminology Experience working with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 systems is required. Candidates with experience in hardware or electronics manufacturing are highly preferred.
