Sales Staff (Fresher/Hai Phong)

Position: Sales Staff Location: Ngo Quyen, Hai Phong OR Pham Hung, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi Working Hours: Monday Friday, plus 2 Saturdays/month 1/ Job Responsibilities Develop and expand the market for paint products including industrial paint, powder coating, marine coating, roofing sheet coating, interior paint, structural paint, and factory floor coating. Market coverage in Hai Phong / Hanoi . Seek and approach new customers (50%) and maintain relationships with existing customers (50%). Support in handling arising issues to ensure service and product quality. Report business results to direct supervisors including both Vietnamese and Korean managers. 2/ Requirements College/University degree in Economics or other related fields. No experience required OR 6-12 months of sales experience (industry not mandatory). Able to use English (listening & speaking) at work. Male/Female with strong negotiation, communication, and customer care skills. Willing to travel for business trips when needed (company will cover expenses). 3/ Benefits Salary: 10-15 million VND + commission + bonus (details to be discussed in interview). Sales and job training provided. Social, health, and unemployment insurance contributions (8090% of total salary).
