Job Title: BMS Operator Project Location: Mannai Corporation HQ – Doha, Qatar Duration: 2 Months (Temporary Requirement) Salary & Benefits: Salary: TBD Accommodation & Transportation Provided Food: Not Provided Key Responsibilities: Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for facility operations. Ensure proper functioning of HVAC, electrical, and other building systems . Respond to system alarms and DDCP alerts , and perform initial troubleshooting and fault identification . Coordinate with the maintenance team for corrective and preventive actions. Maintain daily logs, reports, and system records to ensure smooth operations. Provide immediate response to fire alarm systems , including FACP, CAMS, Fire Pump System, and FM200 monitoring and control systems . Ensure all systems operate safely and efficiently according to facility standards.
