You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop well-organized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also support clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality customer service while assisting travelers throughout the planning process.
