We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Travel Itinerary Specialist to assist clients with planning and organizing travel experiences. This role focuses on research, coordination, and client communication to ensure each travel plan is structured efficiently and confirmed accurately. In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop well-organized travel itineraries. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate documentation. You will also support clients with itinerary updates, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel. This position emphasizes organization, reliability, and high-quality customer service while assisting travelers throughout the planning process.
