About the Role: Our client is a trusted Australian offshoring company. Responsibilities HR team leadership and development Employee and client onboarding Performance management Employee engagement Contracts management Employee and labor relations Compensation and benefits Compliance and governance Implementation and process improvement of HR policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or any related field.
