This role focuses on research, communication, and coordination to ensure travel plans are prepared efficiently and documented clearly. In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, schedules, and budget considerations. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help create structured travel itineraries. Responsibilities include coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, preparing travel documentation, and maintaining organized records. You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and travel documentation needs before, during, and after travel when required. This role emphasizes dependable support, organization, and client communication throughout the travel planning process.
