Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-Site Language Required: Dutch + English (C1 minimum) Schedule: Rotative shifts — details confirmed at interview Start Date: 17 March 2026 (URGENT) Contract: 12-month fixed term → Permanent after 2 years Salary: Base × 14 payments | Meal allowance 7€/day | Christmas & Holiday allowances included Bonus / Extra: Accommodation benefit-in-kind available (tax-free until 31 Dec 2026) Relocation: Accommodation support available for candidates relocating to Lisbon About the Role Support Dutch-speaking customers on behalf of a major international consumer goods brand from the TP Tejo site in Lisbon. You will handle inbound queries covering product information, order management, and aftersales support — working within a structured multilingual team. What You Will Do Handle inbound Dutch-language customer queries via phone, email, and chat Manage orders, product information requests, and aftersales support Resolve complaints in line with brand guidelines and quality standards Accurately record all interactions in the CRM Meet daily productivity and CSAT targets Participate in training and team calibration sessions What We Are Looking For • Dutch • English B2 • Customer service experience preferred • Comfortable with rotative shifts • EU ID, valid Portuguese residence permit, or equivalent • Available to start 17 March 2026 What's In It for You • Base salary × 14 payments • Meal allowance 7€/day • Health insurance from day one • Accommodation support available for relocators • Lisbon — growing international hub
