Production is primarily handled in-house through owned factories with a strong focus on functional outerwear and performance garments. This role is critical to ensuring delivery reliability, quality consistency, and operational efficiency at workshop level. Role Purpose & Success Outcomes Purpose: Own end-to-end production execution for one workshop, ensuring output meets delivery schedules, quality standards, and efficiency targets. Production plans are met against agreed delivery schedules Quality standards are consistently achieved across sewing, cutting, and finishing Cross-department coordination issues are resolved promptly Production processes and cost controls meet agreed benchmarks Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations across sewing, cutting, finishing, mechanics, packaging, and planning Ensure capacity planning aligns with delivery commitments and quality requirements Coordinate with QA, technical, and planning teams to resolve production issues Develop and implement systems to improve efficiency and control overheads Train production staff on reporting, escalation, and problem-solving practices Monitor workshop performance and take corrective action where required Candidate Profile Education & Qualifications Diploma or Bachelors degree in Garment Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field Professional Experience Minimum 5 years experience in garment production, preferably outerwear or sportswear Proven experience supervising sewing lines and large production teams Demonstrated ability to improve production processes and set operational procedures Technical Skills Strong knowledge of garment production workflows Working proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems Chinese language skills are a nice-to-have Knowledge Domain Apparel manufacturing operations Production planning and capacity management Quality and efficiency optimization in factory environments Working Style & Culture Hands-on, floor-driven leadership Clear communicator under production pressure Structured, disciplined, and solutions-oriented Application Process — Powered by Cotalent Within 30 minutes of applying, youll receive a tailored questionnaire from Cotalent.
