Key Responsibilities Manage the end to end leasing process for residential properties Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and developers Oversee and manage a team of leasing consultants, providing guidance and support Ensure all leasing targets and KPIs are met consistently Maintain up to date knowledge of the Dubai property market and rental trends Handle lease renewals, negotiations and contract management Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai tenancy laws Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role within a property management company Dubai real estate experience is essential Strong background in residential building management Proven team leadership and management experience Indian Nationality The Package Salary: AED 13,000 to 15,000 Location: Dubai
