The Revenue Partnerships Director is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role focuses on identifying high-impact partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and building long-term relationships with partners that contribute to the companys overall revenue strategy. The Director will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and executive leadership to align partnerships with organizational growth objectives and ensure partnerships produce measurable business outcomes. This is a fully remote position; however, applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion Negotiate partnership agreements, revenue-sharing models, and joint go-to-market initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to launch joint campaigns and co-selling strategies Monitor partnership performance using data-driven metrics and KPIs Evaluate new business opportunities, alliance programs, and strategic collaborations Develop partner enablement programs and support materials Track industry trends, competitor partnerships, and emerging market opportunities Lead cross-functional initiatives that align partnership strategies with corporate revenue goals Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to executive leadership Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field 8–12 years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, business development, or revenue operations Proven track record of building partnerships that generate measurable revenue growth Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Masters degree or MBA Experience managing partnerships within technology, SaaS, fintech, or digital media industries Familiarity with CRM and partnership management platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or PartnerStack Experience leading partner programs or alliance teams Background in joint go-to-market strategy and channel partnerships Compensation Annual Salary Range: $150,000 – $190,000 USD , depending on experience and industry background Additional compensation may include performance bonuses, commission, or equity Benefits Eligible employees may receive the following benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Paid time off (PTO) including vacation, holidays, and sick leave Life insurance and disability coverage Flexible remote work environment Professional development and leadership training programs Employee wellness and assistance programs Potential equity or stock options Work Authorization Requirement Applicants must meet the following requirements: Must currently reside in the United States Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Applications from individuals residing outside the U.S. will not be considered
