Social Media Executive (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements: 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts. Experience with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and X. Understanding of content algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement strategies. Basic knowledge of video formats for reels and shorts. Strong writing skills for captions and social media posts. Familiarity with analytics tools and social media insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced media environment. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter). Upload and schedule content, including reels, shorts, program clips, and promotional posts. Conduct research on trending topics and social media trends relevant to the media channel's niche. Optimize posts with captions, hashtags, thumbnails, and SEO-friendly descriptions. Monitor platform performance and track engagement metrics. Coordinate with editors and the creative team to ensure timely content distribution. Manage community engagement, comments, and audience interaction. Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to improve reach and visibility. Assist in planning social media campaigns for program launches and special broadcasts.
