IT SPECIALIST DEPARTMENT

Position: IT Specialist Job Type: (Remote) Jonesbororealtycompany is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's technological infrastructure, systems, and processes to ensure efficient and effective operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the company's computer systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide timely support to employees. - Install, configure, and update software and applications as needed. - Monitor network performance and security, and implement necessary updates and patches. - Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance. - Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technology solutions to improve business processes. - Manage and maintain company databases and ensure data integrity. - Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning. - Train employees on new technology and provide ongoing support. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications. - Experience with database management and data security. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Certifications in relevant IT fields are a plus.
