In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in our company database. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and update data in our company database, ensuring accuracy and completeness - Review and verify data for any errors or discrepancies - Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems - Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and consistency - Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure data security and confidentiality - Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Fast typing skills with high accuracy - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The contract will be for a period of one year, with potential for extension based on performance.
