You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring reliable financial data using NetSuite as the core ERP system in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily financial transactions in NetSuite, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger entries Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and inter-company transactions across multiple retail locations Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to ensure accurate period-end financials Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations Generate and analyze financial reports and dashboards directly from NetSuite to support management and operational decision-making Maintain fixed asset records, process depreciation entries, and support inventory-related accounting in coordination with retail operations This is a great opportunity to join a well-respected, long-established retail organization where your NetSuite expertise and bookkeeping skills will directly support financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and continued success.
