Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our airport services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist and guide passengers throughout their journey, from check-in to boarding and baggage claim. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, departure gates, and arrival terminals - Handle passenger inquiries and provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other relevant information - Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures - Assist passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals, families with children, and non-English speakers - Coordinate with other airport staff, including cabin crew, ground crew, and security personnel, to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Monitor flight schedules and assist in making flight announcements - Process and manage passenger baggage, including check-in, tagging, and loading onto the aircraft - Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft is ready for departure - Perform other duties as assigned by the airport manager or supervisor. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in the aviation industry is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Good physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy baggage when required - Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is an asset.
