Accounts Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to support day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting databases Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and timely Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records Assist with tax documentation and compliance requirements Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payment tracking, and financial queries Support audits and financial reviews when required Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / BBA / ACCA – Part Qualified preferred) 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software, QuickBooks Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills Experience with ERP or accounting systems Knowledge of tax compliance and financial documentation Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
