Dutch Speaking Content Moderator- Paid Relocation to Lisbon, Portugal

As a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator, you will help ensure that content published on the platform follows community guidelines and safety standards. What You Will Do Reviewing and moderating user-generated content (text, images, and videos) Identifying and removing content that violates platform guidelines Handling reports of inappropriate or harmful content Ensuring a safe online environment by preventing fraud, harassment, and hate speech Maintaining high quality and accuracy standards in moderation decisions Collaborating with internal teams to improve moderation processes What We Are Looking For Fluent Dutch (C1 or higher) Good English skills (B2 minimum) Strong attention to detail and critical thinking Solid moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise. Have strong understanding of e-commerce. Proven ability to cope with peaks in queue volumes during promotion seasons. Strong customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills and empathy, rational decision making.
