ServiceNow Lead / Architect

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead / Architect to lead ServiceNow platform development and guide a team of developers. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO), along with hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, integrations, and platform architecture. Key Responsibilities Serve as the technical lead for ServiceNow projects and mentor a team of developers. Gather requirements and design scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Develop and customize workflows, scripts, and integrations. Participate in Agile sprint development, testing, and code reviews. Ensure platform health, performance, and compliance. Support production issues, upgrades, and instance management. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices. Required Skills Strong experience with ServiceNow development and architecture. Hands-on experience with CSM and Financial Services Operations (FSO). Expertise in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and Service Portal. Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with instance upgrades, cloning, and deployment using update sets. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Certifications ServiceNow CSA certification required. At least one ServiceNow Implementation certification (CSM/FSO/HRSD/ITSM/GRC) preferred.
