Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist Location: Lisbon (Tejo), Portugal Work Type: On-site Job Description We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a team in Lisbon (Tejo) supporting the Spanish market . In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries related to financial services while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat Assist customers with inquiries related to financial services Resolve issues efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards Requirements C2 or fluent Spanish (LATAM candidates can be considered) English B2 level Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (mandatory) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Customer-oriented mindset Working Hours 24/7 rotational shifts Work Model On-site – Lisbon (Tejo), Portugal
