Chief Financial Officer (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements: CA Qualified (ICAP) – Mandatory. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Audit or Industry. Strong knowledge of IFRS and taxation laws. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel. Strong leadership and analytical skills. Excellent communication and reporting abilities. Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS while managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while monitoring cash flow and working capital management. Handle taxation matters including Sales Tax, Income Tax, and Withholding Tax. Ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and other regulatory authorities. Supervise internal controls and audit processes while coordinating with external auditors and consultants. Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to management. Manage banking relationships and handle financial negotiations.
