Key Responsibilities Review, analyze, and moderate online content in German Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards Identify and escalate inappropriate content when necessary Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Work collaboratively with other team members to improve moderation processes Requirements Fluent German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level) Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon No previous experience required – full training will be provided Relocation Support We offer relocation assistance for candidates moving from outside Portugal: Relocation bonus of €2500 (gross) paid with the first payroll cycle Assistance in finding housing tailored to your needs For candidates within Portugal (100km+ from Lisbon): €1000 gross support
