German Speaking Junior Content Moderator

Responsibilities Review, analyze, and moderate content in German according to company guidelines. Identify and take action on inappropriate, harmful, or policy-violating content. Apply content policies consistently and accurately. Escalate complex or sensitive cases when required. Maintain high quality, productivity, and accuracy standards. Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements Native or C1 level German . English B2 level or higher. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines. Emotional resilience and ability to handle sensitive content. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
