Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate assistance. Account Management : Manage and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Problem Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve any issues customers may face, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams. Customer Onboarding : Assist new clients with onboarding processes, ensuring they understand how to use the company’s products and services effectively. Follow-up : Conduct follow-up communication to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships. Feedback Management : Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services. Requirements : Language Skills : Fluent Danish speaker with a strong command of English (B2-C1). Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly. Customer Service : Passion for helping customers and providing a high level of service. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently. Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
