Team Lead - Credit Management | Shared Services

Work Setup: Monday to Friday - Full Onsite, Dayshift Location: BGC, Taguig Industry: Shared Services Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the credit management team, ensuring daily operations run efficiently. Oversee the end-to-end credit management process, including credit assessment, credit limit reviews, collections oversight, and dispute resolution. Monitor accounts receivable aging and credit risk exposure to minimize bad debt. Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to resolve credit and payment issues. Review and approve credit limits and payment terms in line with company policies. Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and financial regulations. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance credit and collections performance. Prepare and present credit and collections performance reports to management. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or collections, with team leadership experience preferred. Experience working with global stakeholders or international clients. Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections, and AR management. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. Willing to work full onsite.
