German Speaking Remote Junior Customer Support

Job Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution . Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer requests. Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience. Collaborate with the team and follow company guidelines. Requirements: Fluent German (written and spoken) & good English skills. EU citizenship OR valid work permit (full-purpose, specific-purpose, or refugee protection certificate). Strong communication and problem-solving skills . No prior experience required – entry-level position. Stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
