German Speaking Junior Customer Support

Key Responsibilities : Provide exceptional customer support in German through phone, email, and chat. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Escalate more complex problems to internal teams when necessary and follow up with customers. Accurately log all interactions and ensure that customer data is up to date. Maintain knowledge of products, services, and company policies to offer accurate and informed solutions. Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets, including customer satisfaction and response times. Qualifications : Native German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English for internal communication and reporting. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
