Assistant Manager – HR

HRSI is looking for Assistant Manager – HR for one of its leading client in Pakistan. Responsibilities Assist in talent acquisition: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding. Manage employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution, counseling. Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data. Support policy development, implementation, and compliance with labor laws. Coordinate training & development programs, performance appraisal cycles. Generate HR reports, track metrics (attrition, turnover, engagement). Liaise with senior leadership on HR strategy and initiatives. Requirements MBA/MS in HR/MHRM (or relevant masters). BBA/BSc + CIPD/HR certifications acceptable with strong experience. 3–4 years progressive HR experience (mid-size org preferred). Solid grasp of Pakistan labor laws (PITB, EOBI, etc.). Proficient in HRMS tools (Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar). Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
