Danish Speaking Junior Customer Support

Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in Danish . Provide assistance with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general support. Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns while maintaining high standards of service. Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and service quality. Requirements: Fluent Danish speaker with strong communication skills. B2 level proficiency in English . Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
