Restaurant Supervisor - Based in Taiwan

About Company We are representing a New York–style pizza shop in Taiwan , focusing mainly on delivery and take-out orders . It is a fast-paced but close-knit working environment restaurant. As they are expanding, they are looking for suitable Malaysian restaurant supervisor to join them! Job Responsibilities: Support the daily operations of the restaurant Coordinate with team members during busy service periods Maintain food quality and hygiene standards Assist with customer service and handle customer inquiries when needed Help ensure smooth workflow for delivery and takeaway orders Support the manager in maintaining operational standards Candidate Requirements: Bachelors degree in a related field or minimum 5 years restaurant experience Experience supervising staff or managing restaurant shifts Advanced Mandarin Chinese required for customer interaction Basic English for training and communication with coworkers Willing to relocate to Taiwan Benefits: Initial flight ticket to Taiwan provided Temporary housing provided Taiwan work visa and permit provided Labor Insurance and National Health Insurance provided Convenient location with easy access from the train station Working hours: Standard weekday shift: 8–9 hours per day , typical weekday shift: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM .
