Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary preparation, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining accurate records. You will also provide updates and assistance if itinerary adjustments, documentation needs, or scheduling changes arise before, during, or after travel. This role emphasizes dependable service, organization, and attention to detail rather than direct sales responsibilities.
