As a Customer service and Customer support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their queries are handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality Customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve technical or account-related issues with empathy and precision. Requirements Native or near-native fluency in Portuguese. Strong command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
